This  feature might come handy when you have forgotten the phone at home and want no one to attend the calls or read the SMS. Similarly, you can also use this method to turn off your friend’s smartphone just for fun.

This is also called "REMOTE POWER OFF".

This method takes a couple of minute to complete the setup and with carefully do this method. After setup the you can turn off your device remotely.

There are the following steps to do this-

Step1. First you need to root your device. If you don't know what is root and how to root the device than please visit How to root the device.

Step2. Now you need to download "REMOTE POWER OFF". This can be downloaded from Play store from your android phone.

Step3. After installing the app, open the app you required to type the cureent password that is "NULL". And than need to make a new password as your desired and than tap on change secret code.

Step4. Now you need to navigate super user app to allow the super user permission for this app.

Step5. Now everything is configured, now you need to send the secret code as an SMS to your android phone when you need to turn off your android phone.

You can turn off your android phone by making a phone call from another number to your number.There are the following step to setup-

Step1- First you need to install the Automateit app from play store. And make sure the device is rooted and grant the root permission. Open the app now and look like as shown in the image-

Step2-  Now click on the My Rules, and tap on (+)  icon.

Step3- After complete step2, the next screen show Call State Trigger  and now need to tap on it.

Step4- Now you need to select Incoming Call.

Step5- In this screen you need to select Contact Number from your saved contact or to create new one. This is the main step please select contact carefully.

Step6- Now click on the next button, and on the next screen you need to select Shutdown Device Action.  Show on the image-

Step7- Now you need to provide the name for the rule and save it.

Step8- This also called the final step, In this step you need to call from the contact you previously saved and your Android phone will be shutdown.This is all about how to turn off the Android phone with call.
